  • There's a Venue Fee and Event Fee, for a total of $155.

    The Venue Fee ($40) covers the cost of games for the whole weekend, which will all be set on free play. The Venue Fee can be paid at the door at LCP. (If you have a monthly LCP membership, you don't need to pay this Venue Fee!)

    The Event Fee ($115) covers entry to all 4 tournaments. The Event Fee is is paid at the time of registration. The bulk of this fee is going towards cash payouts, with a smaller portion going to IFPA fees, trophies, snacks, volunteer meals, Saturday’s catered dinner for players, and other administrative expenses. We're proud to be paying out to top 16 for all 3 tournaments with finals and top 8 in the strikes tournament!

  • We understand that plans change. You can request a refund on Ticket Tailor or by contacting us at coloradoannualwomensweekend@gmail.com We will offer refunds according to the following schedule:

    • Cancel by September 2, 2026: full refund (minus booking fees)

    • Cancel by September 18, 2026: 50% refund (minus booking fees)

    • No refunds provided September 19 and onward

    Donations to the Extra Ball Initiative are non-refundable.

  • No, it will be closed to the public during the tournament weekend.

  • LCP has no dedicated parking lot, street parking only. There is a large amount of street parking out front, the road can get a little busy.

  • We’ve got several couches and easy chairs in various parts of the arcade. There’s also a lovely front and side patio with picnic tables and shade structures where players and spectators can hang out and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather!

  • Yes! Follow lyonsclassicpinball on Twitch where the tournaments will be streamed.
