Lyons Classic Pinball (LCP) is home to 70+ pinball machines and the state’s best collection of classic titles. 

LCP is located in Lyons, CO. Lyons is a charming town northwest of Denver, approximately 50-60 miles (60-90 minutes depending on traffic) from Denver International Airport.

The best suggestion for transportation to LCP from the airport is renting a car. There are buses and light rail options that can get you into Denver or Boulder from the airport, but then you will need to get a ride into Lyons via a pinpal, rental, or rideshare.

At this time, there is not a hotel option in Lyons to reserve block rooms for our event.For hotel lodging, check out nearby towns of Boulder or Longmont. Nearby Attractions

CAWW will be hosted around the time of Colorado’s peak fall colors. Take a drive through the mountains to enjoy the gorgeous golden shimmer of aspen stands.

  • Estes Park: A charming town to stop in for a meal, shopping, or wildlife viewing on your way up to Rocky Mountain National Park.

  • Rocky Mountain National Park: A beautiful national park that spans the Continental Divide. Trail Ridge Road is a not-to-miss drive with amazing views of the park.

  • Boulder: Enjoy this picturesque college town, whether you hike the flatirons, walk down Pearl Street, or enjoy many of the great restaurants, Boulder is a great place to visit.

Visiting Colorado

When you come to LCP, you will be playing pinball more than a mile above sea level! Adjusting to elevation can make an impact on some folks. We recommend getting good quality sleep and drinking extra water.

Please don't forget to bring your reusable water bottle.

This elevation also means you are closer to the sun, so having sunscreen and chapstick on hand is vital, especially if you are out hiking or enjoying the great outdoors.

Colorado weather is gorgeous and typically sunny, but the weather can fluctuate quite a bit within a day’s time. Bring layers to adjust to brisk mornings, sunny days, possibly windy or stormy afternoons, and cool evenings.
